Pat Verbruggen Photographs

I started out as an advertising and fashion photographer in 1994. “I got pulled into the art and exhibition world after doing an assignment for the multidisciplinary artist Jan Fabre back in 2005. I really enjoy collaborating with creatives ... it’s both fascinating and inspiring. To me, the challenge and motivation lies in understanding the artists and their work, and then translating this into images that tell a story. I guess I feel as though I’m the missing link in the chain bringing the audience that little bit closer to the artist.
